World Cup Show Jumping Qualifier
The most prestigious leg of the South African League of the World Cup Show Jumping Championship
The picturesque Glenellen Farm in Hout Bay, Cape Town hosts the magnificent FEI Cape Town World Cup qualifier in show jumping from Wednesday 17 to Sunday 21 November 2010.
If you love the spectacle of show jumping then this is the place to be. The top horses and riders from all over the country swing into action competing for the coveted awards on a specially designed course by Olympic course designer Frank Rothenberger, ably assisted by Brendan Silen.
Expect some interesting jumps as the riders put their horses through their paces. With nonstop entertainment, food stalls, children’s activities as well as the wonder of the show jumping, take time out to enjoy a day in the country with family and friends.
Organised by veteran Western Province show jumper Judy Louw, this is the only international show jumping competition in Cape Town, pulling visitors and competitors nationally to the Mother City.
