Besides stylish meeting rooms with top tech, fresh snacks and coffee machines, this city hotel has a rooftop terrace ideal for lunch breaks or after-conference cocktails. Here’s everything you need to know about meeting rooms at Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore.
One of the perks of hosting your meeting or strategy day here is the location. It’s just a 10 minute walk from the Cape Town International Convention Centre and many of the CBD’s major office buildings, like The Towers and Civic Centre.
There are three meeting rooms to choose from, which can be set up boardroom (one large table that fits various amounts of people) or theatre style (chairs that face a panel table or podium at the front of the room).
Adderly 1 and 2 can fit 16 people each boardroom style, and up to 60 theatre style. These rooms can also be rented out together, which brings this to 30 and 120 respectively. Tulbagh, meanwhile, is great for small groups (it fits 8 people boardroom style).

Each conference room comes equipped with an LED/LCD projector, high-quality audio visual technology and free wifi. There’s also a coffee machine and fresh snacks like danishes, croissants, muffins and granola pots.
Each room can be hired at a flat rate of R1 500 per hour (catering, coffee/tea and additional tech are charged separately). Parking costs R60 per car per day and there is also plenty of paid street parking nearby.

There might be plenty of places to host a meeting or conference in the city; what sets Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore apart is Harald’s Bar and Terrace. Situated on the 11th floor, this rooftop bar and restaurant is ideal for a quick breather, midday lunch break or drinks with the team after your meeting.
Harald’s food offerings are simply delightful with pizzas, burgers, pastas and sharing platters. There’s also signature cocktails like Klip and Chill (Klipdrift, Campari, orange and soda) and Skyy Raise (Skyy vodka muddled with mint leaves, cranberry syrup and orange juice). Here’s 9 more reasons to visit Harald’s Rooftop Bar and Terrace.
Harald’s can even be rented out as part of your conference or event. For more information, see the Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore website.
