SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
At least two years of experience
Hybrid working (office and remote days)
Job Level: Mid/Senior
We are looking for: A social media manager with a long-term vision to join our young driven team. You will shape our social media brand voice and grow our audiences, analyse, monitor, and boost our social media content and campaigns across all our channels.
You're a social media (geek) who lives social media and loves the impact it has when executed well. You have proven experience in building an audience(s), and the ability to communicate a brand’s values and messaging through engaging content and activations that increase brand awareness, grow brand loyalty.
You are a strategic planner and are able to interpret data and analytics. You’ll organize and manage various social media campaigns, and create and curate engaging content for our communities. You think on your feet and have the smarts to recognise content that will resonate with our audience, while keeping an eye out for the unique “discovery” content that sets our brand apart.
You’ll analyse campaign results (by reviewing analytics available) and optimise practices across the various social media channels.

You are a planner who thrives on digital and deadlines. You have a knack for crafting shining social media copy, have a visual eye, and thrive on real connection. Want to be responsible for showcasing the Western Cape to massive locals and international audiences. Love having your finger on the pulse of digital trends and the city. You’re not only fluent in all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter), but have a broad interest in news, events, trends, Cape Town and the country. You have experience in reporting and running paid campaigns, and are driven by results and data.
