Constantia Uitsig presents the Constantia Bordeaux event as part of the Constantia Spring it On festival.
Head Chef Clayton Bell presents a 5-course gourmand menu paired with premium Bordeaux style white blends from the Constantia Valley. Constantia valley has recently built up a reputation of producing fine quality white wines, and to lift this culinary experience to the next level these wines will be presented by the winemakers of Buitenverwachting, Klein Constantia, Constantia Uitsig, Groot Constantia and Steenberg Vineyards.
