The Art of Living Course for Couples
Deepen your bond with this powerful programme
We've got this gift of love, but love is like a precious plant. You can't just accept it and leave it in the cupboard or just think it's going to get on by itself. You've got to keep watering it. You've got to really look after it and nurture it. ~ John Lennon
Senior Art of Living teachers Santosh Rao and Bhamini Chouhan are hosting a four-day course for couples with the aim of giving people the practical tools they need to invest in and deepen their relationships in a loving and considerate way. If you’re looking to bond with your loved one in a more meaningful way then sign up for the programme, running from Thursday, 4, to Sunday, 7 February 2016 at the Art of Living Centre in Harrington Street.
Regardless of how long you’ve been together and whether or not you’re in a positive space in your relationship, the course is relevant for anyone looking to strengthen their bond with their partner. It promises the following benefits: improved understanding of yourself and your partner, acquiring the ability to recognise the relationship’s potential, better communication and management of expectations, enhanced friendship and commitment, ideas regarding how to live a happy and healthy life, enriched understanding of life and increased joy and enthusiasm.
There’s only space for 25 couples, so if you think this will enrich your partnership then sign up soon.
