The Greenhouse Restaurant promises an evening filled with laughter, loved ones, friends and the family at the Cellars Hohenort Hotel in celebrating Christmas Eve.
The Greenhouse Restaurant Christmas Eve Menu:
- Amuse Bouche
- Norwegian salmon tarare with cucumber spaghetti and aged balsamic
- Confit of foie gras with spiced cherries served with sour dough melba toast
- Smoked tuna carpaccio with tempura oysters and caviar, mesclun salad
- Rooibush and lemon sorbet
- Turkey breast ballotine, blackened butter with sage, fondant potato with spring baby vegetables and sauce chasseur.
- Traditional Liz McGrath’s Christmas pudding with egg-nog anglaise.
The Greenhouse Restaurant Christmas Eve dinner costs R 900 per person and includes a bottle of wine per couple, hats and crackers, gifting, entertainment and a Christmas tree.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
