Starters: Crab and bean sprout salad with vermicelli noodles and sweet soy sauce

Cajun chicken and avocado salad with mango and rocket

Pita bread - corn and health bread - accompanied with humus, raita, aubergine caviar, onion, tomato and fresh coriander salsa
Mains: Turkey stuffed with chicken, devils on horseback served with cranberry sauce
And
Slow roast leg of lamb with garlic, thyme and lemon
And
Pan fried line fish with sauce vierge and basil beurre blanc
Dessert: Christmas pudding with brandy butter and cherries
And
Sticky date and toffee pudding
And
Traditional mince pies
The buffet includes hats and crackers and the above is only a small selection of the menu, tea or coffee will be served after dessert
