WATCH GOODLUCK PERFORM LIVE AT LA PARADA
Sunday, 1 November
Goodluck, who are well known for their high energy live performances and unique blend of electronic pop and dance music, will be performing alongside DJ Rene and DJ Cosher. Snacks will be available to order from their menu and happy hour specials will be running from 4-6pm at La Parada’s Sunday Funday.
HEAD DOWN MEMORY LANE WITH THIS 7DE LAAN SET
Gansbaai couple Coenie and Christa Van Dyk have dedicated the last 10 years to building a miniature town in their backyard of the popular local television show 7de Laan. Entrance is free for this miniature 7de Laan set.
FLY KITES WITH PEOPLE FROM AROUND THE WORLD FOR A GOOD CAUSE
Fly your kites high in a bid to raise money for Cape Mental Health. Activities include competitions, kite-making workshops, interviews with kiters around the world and entertainment pieces featuring comedian Dalin Oliver, musician Jarrad Ricketts, and drag performer Manila von Teez at the first virtual Cape Town International Kite Festival.
PREPARE FOR SOME RETRO BLUES WITH EMILE SWIEGERS
Cape Town’s retro soul, rock and R&B singer Emile Swiegers is playing live on Tiger’s Milk stage this Sunday. His soulful voice will have you swooning in minutes. Plus, dive into a delicious avo, feta and bacon pizza with a half-priced cocktail, beer or glass of wine during the Pick Your Poison happy hour between 4pm and 6pm at Tiger’s Milk Sunday Unplugged Sessions.
CATCH THE KIFFNESS AND THREE TONS OF FUN LIVE

This Friday, The Kiffness is playing their brand new post-lockdown set with just the right tunes to get your body moving and spirit grooving. You can expect a blend of David Scott’s hilarious parodies and The Kiffness’s iconic musical sound. If you’re looking for more live music magic, Three Tons of Fun are following suit with their bubbly personalities and soulful harmonies on Saturday, 31 October, at Café Roux.
TYAN ODENDAL IS PLAYING LIVE AT NEETHLINGSHOF

South African pop singer Tyan Odendal is playing some of his crowd-favourites to help you relax and recharge this Wednesday. If you can't make it in person, shows are still being streamed online via their Facebook page. Plus, learn how to make Neethlinghof's famous pizzas at home or dive into their flammkuchen, margarita, prosciutto and crispy garlic pita during Neethlingshof's Wine Down Wednesday sessions.
FIND SOME OF THE BEST HIKES YET

The Trail Fit SA leaders have prepared two of their most exciting hikes yet: The Secret Waterfall Hike and The Bainskloof Waterfall Adventure Hike. On Saturday, find a secret waterfall, stunning mossy mountain, and icy rock pools when you reach the top. As for the hike in Bainskloof, the route cuts through a secret cave rock formation where you'll find some splash pools to relax and soak up the sun in. All you'll need are your hiking shoes, a water bottle, a cozzie and sunscreen for your weekend hiking adventures with Trail Fit SA.
DARLING BREWERY IS HOSTING JON SHABAN

Unwind with some cheesy nachos, a whole range of delicious burgers and, of course, some craft beer to the indie-rock tunes of Jon Shadan this Friday at Darling Brewery's Live Music Fridays.

The V&A Waterfront’s Watershed has reopened its doors, which means you can once again shop 100% local from over 150 stalls at South Africa’s biggest market for art, design and craft. You’ll find ceramists, sculptors, painters, jewellers, clothing and shoe designers as well as textile and furniture makers. You will also find creators of beauty brands in the recently added beauty section within the V&A Waterfront’s Watershed.
