Have a Outdoor Yoga Experience at The Om Revolution’s New Location
Embrace your inner yogi on this ideal location
One of yoga’s (many) beauties is it can literally be done anywhere. And nature enhances your practice in an entirely different way than a studio does. Nature connects us to our roots and you need to root down before you rise up. Outdoor yoga is a wonderful way to reboot.
If nothing else, uneven, natural surfaces such as rock and grass can intensify your posture, adding additional benefits to build stronger muscles. An hour of mindful breath and movement synchronisation outside is a great way to align mind and body health.
With warmer weather on the horizon The Om Revolution is eager to get you and your mat outside for the summer. They are also excited to announce their new outdoor summer spot at Green Point Park. Classes are R70/p or R50/p if bought as a block of 4. Outdoor classes kick off late October in these 5 beautiful locations across the city:
Tuesdays: 5:45pm in the Company’s Gardens
Wednesdays: 6pm at Century City’s Central Park Field
Thursdays: 6pm in Keurboom Park, Rondebosch
Saturdays: 9am in the Company’s Gardens
Sundays: 6:15pm at Clifton 3rd Beach
New Location: Green Point Park – Days and Times to be announced
