Wednesday is an excellent night to ditch the cooking and clean-up routine. Every Wednesday from 5pm is Rib Night at Knife Restaurant in Century City when you can devour as many of their special sticky, barbeque-basted spare ribs as you like. It’s only R185 per person for this decadent and indulgent meal from Knife, with its welcoming wooden tables, leather booths and wallpaper of adorable children feasting on ribs.
The rib special just happens to start at the same time as happy hour. Pay half price on all cocktails, Jack Black lager on tap as well as selected spirits for your favourite vodka, gin, brandy and whisky mixed drinks from 5pm-7pm every day.
