Cape Town’s wine lovers are in for a treat. Harrington’s Cocktail Lounge is bringing in a different wine farm every month to give you unique wine tasting experiences. Sip on your favourite South African wines from a full-bodied shiraz to a fruity sauvignon blanc while dining on a delicious main meal and dessert. 

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS ARE FOR WINE TASTING
Every Wednesday night you'll get to taste four premium wines from a wine estate's representative who will host the tasting. This month Guardian Peak Wine Estate is sending in their best wine connoisseur to give you a taste of their top four wines. On the red side, you'll enjoy their deliciously fruity merlot, 2018 shiraz and oaky 2018 cabernet. For the white wines, they're serving a light-bodied, fresh and fruity sauvignon blanc.

CHOOSE BETWEEN FOUR DELICIOUS MAINS
For those with a lighter appetite, opt for the Caesar salad with garlic croutons and fried capers. For an authentic Cape Town dish, Harringtons have cooked up a delicious Cape Malay calamari and hake tempura. If you’re looking for something heartier, go for the pan-seared ribeye with potato puree. And for the vegetarians , they've got a delicious chermoula vegetable dish with butternut, broccoli and artichoke for you to try. End your night off on a sweet note with a serving of dessert petit fours.

SATURDAYS ARE FOR BRUNCH
If you can’t make it to a wine tasting evening at Harrington’s, they are also hosting a spring brunch special. Every Saturday you can indulge in Harrington’s Bottomless Brunch menu with their endless Lockdown Cocktail Teapots.
