Say Namaste And Support The Pups
Bring your yoga mat, water, love for dogs and community spirit
Come to the park and fall in love with all the dogs up for adoption. Meet and play with them and maybe take your favourite dog home. If you’re not able to adopt, Mdzananada Animal Clinic is in need of funding, so your donation could save a pup's life.
Alternatively, or in addition, you could get your downward dog on. Experienced yoga instructor Lee-Ann Elliot is leading a gentle yoga class to live folk music by Tombstone Pete who will bring joy to your ears. Be prepared to get a lick from a dog during the class!
Head to De Waal Park on Saturday 19 January 2019 from 11am to 12noon and bring your yoga mat (or a towel or sarong), water, and love for dogs along with you. The event is donation-based. All donations go to Mdzananada Animal Clinic, which enhances the wellbeing of animals and their community through veterinary healthcare, education and partnerships.
