Property is one of the best assets you can invest in. So if you want to take the homeowner leap, there’s no better place to do it than at the Property Show Cape Town happening 21-22 March at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).
FROM BUYING TO RENTING TO MANAGING A PORTFOLIO
The event will have various pop-up theatres for seminars. Learn about the best neighbourhoods to invest in property and how to structure your property portfolio at the Absa Property Investor Theatre.
Nedbank will also have a theatre where you can take notes on how to boost your credit score and manage your rental property. Standard Bank will also be around to chat about the right first steps to take into the property market.
Property expert and TV personality Nicolette Mashile will be doing two talks on the power of property and the pitfalls that come with purchasing it.
You can also meet with real estate agents, finance providers, furniture companies and there’s a chance to win great prizes at various stands at the event.
FOR THE REAL ESTATE AGENTS
This is where the Property Professional Theatre comes in. Real estate agents can catch up on the state of the rental market, how to boost their performance on digital platforms and what steps they should take for a digital mindset shift.
GETTING INTO THE EVENT
Single-day tickets cost R80 and they’re running an early bird promotion where you can get two tickets for the price of one. Weekend passes cost R150 and you can get a 300-page property guide and a ticket for R200. All tickets can be purchased on the Property Show Website.
