HERE’S HOW TO BUY ON LAUNCH DAY + SAVE R150 000
The Braemar sales launch is happening online at 1pm (sharp) on Wednesday 15 March. When you purchase at launch, you’ll get R150,000 off the selling price of your unit.
Here’s what you need to do to put yourself in line to purchase:
- Visit The Braemer site, click price list and sign up (free of course) to not miss a thing.
- Short-list the unit/s you like or are interested in

Click the ‘Pre-approval’ button and follow the steps to get pre-approved for financing via Ooba
Happy? Then take the next steps:
- Log in to sales.thebraemar.co.za before 1pm on Wednesday, 15 March
- At 1pm when the countdown reaches zero, sales will go live and a green reserve button will appear
- You’ll be able to secure your preferred unit/s by pressing the green reserve button, following the steps and paying the R5000 reservation deposit
- You’lll then receive an email from The Braemar team with the Agreement of Sale for you to sign and return within 48 hours
