Imagine waking up to witness an arid landscape transforming into a blossoming kaleidoscope of natural colours. All while staying in a luxury West Coast guesthouse on a national heritage site, just off the banks of the Berg River.
OVER 1200 SPECIES IN BLOOM
This slice of heaven is what you get when you go on a Wild Flower Safari.
Between mid-August and mid-September the spring flower season kicks into gear and a plethora of wild blooms open to the warm West Coast sun. The rainfall has been good in the Western Cape, so the scene should be more spectacular.
A team of renowned conservation and biodiversity experts will be on hand to share insights into the 1200+ species of the Cape Floral Kingdom, showing off in the field along the river.
WATCH: A TRULY UNIQUE CAPE WILD FLOWER EXPERIENCE
