Sand, Sea And Second-Hand Style

Live music, food and coffee and, of course, thrift

---

Buy vintage, handmade and second-hand gems at Thrift Fest.

---

Some things never go out of fashion, so swing by the Muizenberg Thrift Fest By The Sea market on 15 September to breathe some fresh yet aged life into your wardrobe. There will also be live music, food and coffee, fresh fruit and veggies and more.

By paying the small entrance fee of R10pp you are welcomed into a space where anything and everything is up for sale. Second-hand clothes or trinkets, handmade novelties, you name it, it’s there. If selling and creating is more your style, then you can apply for a regular stall space (2.9m X 1,2m) which will cost you R200.

The Thrift Fest By The Sea is an extension of the popular Kenilworth market festivals and is situated perfectly in Muizenberg with its eclectic mix of shops and eateries. So save the date and get ready for this all-purpose market for friends and family by the shores of the beautiful Muizenberg beaches.

Bag a bargain and get rid of old sh*t… for a good cause at the Goodwood Thrift Market.

Great vibes, over 115 stalls, live music, delicious food and planet-friendly recycling at the monthly Thrift Fest.

If you’re a surfer and that’s how you know Muizenberg, maybe take a look at these other surf spots.

And if you’re a market-lover then you really won’t want to miss out on the Milnerton flea market.

Live in the city bowl? Looking for a market or two closer to home? Check out these city bowl markets.

If you’re a fan of thrift and thrift fests then have a look at the Kenilworth edition.

More of a handmade kind of person? Then have a look at the Country Craft Market.
