Buy vintage, handmade and second-hand gems at Thrift Fest.
---
Bargain hunt as the aromas of coffee and cinnamon pancakes caress your senses and upbeat background music fills the air. The Goodwood Fashion and Thrift Market takes place on Saturday, 1 February, and every first Saturday of the month after that in 2020 at the Goodwood Sports Club.

Tamerrin Dixon was inspired to organise the market when she realised how much clothing contributes to landfills. “We offer a valuable service to the community in recycling, donating to the less privileged and offering a shopping experience where everyone receives a lot more for their money compared to mainstream retailers."

FIND A GEM, GRAB A BITE AND CHILL AT THE VENUE
The event happens outside where 20 gazebo traders set up beneath tall palm trees as well as inside where you’ll find another 50 stalls.
Stallholders offer good quality, pre-loved garments, shoes, hats, belts, jewellery, fragrances and home decor that have been gently used.
A wide variety of halaal eats, pancakes, coffees and teas are available for purchase from the food court. For a sit-down breakfast or lunch, you may order from the on-site restaurant at the lapa.

OFFLOAD AND GIFT TO THE LESS FORTUNATE
At the main hall entrance, you’ll find a donation bin for unwanted items to be gifted to the less fortunate.
