Expect a dedicated tacos menu, tequila cocktails and DJ sets against the backdrop of Lions Head and Table Mountain at the Tacos and Tequila event on Friday, 16 March at Daylight Studios rooftop.
Think combinations of mince, pulled pork, prawn and avo or even chicken with avo and lime, and vegan options too. These are just some of the flavours you’ll get to experience. You’ll also be entertained by DJ… (you’ll have to wait and see) with sunset beats throughout each sitting.
There will be three tasting sittings, each lasting two hours. Ticket prices include three tacos served with salad on the inside and a choice of guacamole, salsa or chilli as an extra filling, and three cocktails per person. The tequila-based cocktail menu includes: margarita, tequila sunrise, Paloma, cacao and chilli.
HOW IT WORKS
You go to the bar and select the cocktails you would like to enjoy during your sitting, then head to the rooftop where you’ll get the picturesque views of the Mother City. The taco menu will be displayed in the showcase area where you’ll be able to collect your tacos.
TIMES
*Please be mindful of the next tasting time.
TICKETS TO TACOS AND TEQUILA
Tickets are available via Quicket.co.za and come in three tiers:
*Please note that there is an additional service fee of R5 per ticket. 5% of the ticket sales will be donated to charity.
