IT’LL BE IN A TRANQUIL ESTATE 

Rijks Village will be built in Aan de Wijnlanden Estate, an existing security complex. It’s the premium of secure living. There’ll be “24-hour manned security, biometric gated access control, and a patrolled perimeter wall with an electric fence and cameras,” says the developers. 

It’s a community where kids can play outside till late; you can walk the dog along the fynbos trails; or go for a run with mountain views all with complete peace of mind.
