A gorgeously-grunge gem tucked away in Dunkley Square, Roxy Late Night is an affordable, loved-by-locals hangout with happy hour specials and a woodfired pizza food truck.

Walking into Roxy Late Night feels like stepping into a scene from Pulp Fiction. Bright funky stickers adorn the wooden doors and the walls are covered in classic movie posters, with a shelf that holds endless superhero action figures.

Their infamously-steep staircase leads to an intimate upstairs seating area, with a retro arcade machine and pool table. It's the ideal laidback space to chill, have a drink with friends, and escape to the '80s. Colourful stickers and graffiti fill the bathroom walls and stalls, adding to Roxy’s cool grungy vibe.

DAILY HAPPY HOUR 

There’s a vibrant outside seating area, with wooden tables sprawled across a cobbled courtyard. It’s here that you can relax with your friends and order some drinks.

Roxy’s has everything from your classic cold beers and cocktails to signature milkshakes (with flavours like chocolate brownie or berry mellow). The daily happy hour special is 330ml Roxy house beer for R15 (from 4pm - 6pm).

CORN DOGS, WINGS AND FOOD TRUCK PIZZA  

To eat there’s moreish bar food, like vegan spring rolls, corn dogs and chicken wings. Mexican Tuesdays means 2-for-1 tequila shots, margarita cocktails and nachos. 

You can also order cheesy woodfired pizzas from their food truck, unwind, meet new people, and catch up with friends until 2am. Roxy Late Night’s funky decor, edgy ‘80s vibe, and specials makes it the ultimate spot to meet your friends for a midnight snack.
