What could make your yoga workout even more zen? A session by the ocean, of course. Head to Mouille Point Promenade and join Om Revolution for their new weekly Friday evening classes at 5:30pm.

The class is focused on Vinyasa Yoga and Om Revolution encourages everyone at all levels and ages to join them for a seaside serenity session. You’ll need to bring your own mat or towel, and join them a few minutes before starting time to register. Classes cost only R70 per person.

HOW TO FIND THEM
You’ll find Om Revolution set up next to the blue sculpture just off the promenade, opposite the Dolphin Inn Guest House on 75 Beach Road. Keep an eye out for the instructor and the Om Revolution flag.
