Boys II Men and Joe Concert Tour in South Africa
These American R&B musicians are bringing their smooth tunes to the Mother City this holiday season
If you grew up in the early 1990s or simply loved emotional R&B ballads then chances are you know the lyrics to plenty of Boys II Men or Joe hits. Now you can sing along out loud and see these soulful legends up-close in South Africa. The band and musician are bringing their world tour to Cape Town International Convention (CTICC) on Friday, 11 December 2015.
The trio is on tour to promote their latest release Collide and will be showing loyal audiences a mix of old-school winners and brand new material. Singer-songwriter Joe joins the tour as another headliner and has also just released his eleventh album Bridges.

A double bill treat for any lover of the genre, Joe and Boys II Men helped shaped R&B in the early 1990s and have continued to garner success throughout their illustrious careers. Boys II Men got their start in 1985 and found global acclaim with their smash hit R&B classic, End of the Road in 1992 and the rest is history. Originally a four piece outfit, the trio has performed around the globe and released hit after hit including songs like ‘One Sweet Day’ (featuring Mariah Carey), ’I’ll Make Love To You‘, ‘A Song For Mama’ and many more.
Joe has experienced similar superstardom with his velvety smooth voice and dashing good looks. He attracted many fans with his breakout album All That I Am released in 1997, and hasn’t looked back since, continuing to wow audiences and fans with his classic soul infused music.
