The Start of Something New
Get ready to tap into a new year and a new you!
The New Year comes with new possibilities and its famous resolutions – and who doesn’t love a good old new year's resolution? Yes, it is almost time for each and every one of us to promise ourselves something that we don’t get around to but this could be your year.
For those who don’t know the exact definition of a New Year's resolution – it is a tradition, mostly in which a person makes a promise to do an act of self-improvement or something slightly nice, such as being kinder or more generous towards people from the start of the New Year. So expect to witness anything from “New Year, New Me” to “This is the year that I flourish”. But no matter what your resolution may be – let it lead you to peace, love and prosperity.
Remember that we find extreme pleasure in showcasing you and your experiences on our Instagram page. Just add #capetownmag to your next post and who knows – you might be featured next!
Here are some pictures from Instagram that should illustrate a few New Year’s resolutions:
Firstly watch as the sun sets on the old you and get ready to start afresh
Work out at work
Still want that summer body, include more green in your meals
Take the “best friend” for a walk more often
Spend some time with old friends
Find new love before Valentine’s Day 2017, if that’s possible
Take more risks, live on the edge
Make new discoveries
Live life to the fullest
Most importantly, capture every moment
