Do you love the great outdoors? Well so does local pop star Jimmy Nevis, and he wants to take you camping with him. Nevis is an outdoor enthusiast and with a passion for conservation, “It was through hiking that I discovered my love for nature. Until a few years back I didn’t realise my passion for conservation.”
So he and CapeNature have created a two-night, first-of-its-kind outdoor camping and music experience in the Cederberg Wilderness Area from 15–17 February 2019.
HE’S NOT JUST TAKING YOU CAMPING
Nevis won’t just be enjoying the mountain views. He’s bringing along some of his friends to play acoustic sets throughout the weekend, and will be joining in on hikes and other activities set out for the weekend.

The camp-out will be held at the popular Algeria campsite, 200km north of Cape Town and just in time for Valentine’s Day weekend celebrations. Algeria is a grassy area with 48 tent and caravan campsites. The venue has lots of shade and pools, perfect for hot summer days

A weekend pass cost R4200 for up to six people (R700 per person if you split it) and is available to book online.
