Every fortnight, Patrick and Karen,co-owners of Green & Vegan, create a unique plant-based menu and you're invited to come and enjoy the feast. The next event takes place at their home in Green Point Village on Saturday 19 January 2019.
The menu changes regularly, but you can be sure that it's shaping up to be a guilt-free eating experience to remember. Anyone can come and enjoy delicious vegan food ensembles combined with good vibes and conversations. Please bring your own beverages or wine (there is no corkage fee).
A TIDBIT OF WHAT TO EXPECT
Kick off with a welcome cocktail/mocktail followed by chilled cucumber gazpacho, watermelon salad and chickpea tofu with stir-fried veggies. A trio of mini desserts featuring spicy pannacotta, chickpea blondies and raw chocolate truffles brings the dining experience to a close along with a vegan cheese board and crackers, coffee or tea. Minor changes to the menu will occur depending on availability of ingredients.
