Austrian-born Roland Gorgosilich, executive chef of Bosman's restaurant at The Grande Roche in Paarl shares his Glühwein recipe. You can drink this delicious drink to warm up your cold winter nights, sip and watch your cheeks glow.
Ingredients
Brandy and sugar to taste
Method
Combine all ingredients in a deep pot, simmer, don't boil, until hot. You are welcome to add a kiss of brandy to warm you up! Serve in a glass mug with an orange slice and a stick of cinnamon.
