Starters: Wild mushroom and Gorgonzola Tart (V) with a fresh baby leaf salad OR Tempura Prawns with a sweet chilli dipping sauce OR Beef Teriyaki Spring Roll with a Hoisan dipping sauce.

Mains: Line Fish With asparagus and a Hollandaise sauce OR Roast Duck with an orange sauce and roast potatoes OR Marsala Beef Fillet Grilled and served with mushrooms and crispy wedges OR 8 Tigers, grilled and served with French fries.

Desserts: Raspberry Pavlova OR Créme Brûlée OR Tripled Chocolate Fudge Brownies.
