My Little Sunshine Trance Party

East meets West at this outdoor jam featuring a superb selection of international and local acts

Take a journey around the world through psychedelic sounds brought to you by a collective of local and international DJs and live acts at the My Little Sunshine trance party going down from Saturday, 4 to Sunday, 5 January 2014. The jam takes place at the festive Daytona Palms, Killarney Gardens.

The outdoor stompfest features an incredible line-up of mixmasters from as far away as Japan and Mexico, as well as home-grown spinners, who are all set to break boundaries with a spectrum of trance tunes. Revellers can expect to dance to psychedelic progressive, funky middle groove psychedelic and explosive forest psy delivered from the super-sick sound system.

When not getting down and jolling hard, stompers can browse through the art and craft market or refuel at the food stalls and bar. Daytona Palms offers ample room for camping but, with the starry African sky shining bright and the collective energy of the trance-loving party goers, there probably won’t be much time for sleep.

Tickets for My Little Sunshine Trance Party

Tickets for My Little Sunshine are available online via Quicket.co.za and cost R220p/p. Tickets bought at the gate will cost R240p/p and a Sunday pass costs R180p/p (available from 9am on Sunday).

The party starts at 2pm on Saturday, 4 January 2014.

Directions to Daytona Palms, Killarney Gardens

• Take the M5 towards Table View
• Turn right at the second Killarney Gardens entrance
• After two stop intersections, turn left into Daytona Road
• The venue will be on the left
