Once-in-a-lifetime exhibition of Esther ...
On from February to August 2024; 100+ artworks
You either really love house music or you don’t get it. For those who can jam all night to the infinite kick drum beats of this electronic dance genre, the winter instalment of music site SkyNetSG’s Masters of the Craft promises another stellar line-up to satisfy that constant craving. This time around the marathon dance party heads to 84 Harrington Street (formerly The Dragon Room) on Saturday, 2 August 2014 and features an epic simultaneous trilogy set with Leighton Moody, Cassiem Latief and Erefaan Pearce sharing the decks.
Masters of the Craft is all about self-expression and enjoying the shared love of house music, and with 11 DJs spinning from the afternoon right into the early hours of the next morning, house heads will be more than thrilled with the epic jam.
Aside from the simultaneous two-hour set from the three legendary DJs, who will share six CDJ players to unleash a wave of noise, party-goers can expect to get down to the sounds of Cape Town house music icon Peter A (this will be his last set before heading back ‘Down Under’) and the groundbreaking beats of Lady M. Plus, Cape Town’s up-and-comers, including Masters of the Craft resident performers, will be on deck strutting their sweet stuff.
