Now entering it's 3rd innings, the annual Global Breakthrough Festival slated for Cape Town 25 Feb - 1 March 2009 and 1 big event in Jozi on Saturday 28 February, will see a hand picked selection of the most cutting edge DJs on the planet headline at locations you have only ever visited in your dreams.

The Big Day Festival in Johannesburg will be a 12 hour non stop party of legends and rising stars. Location TBC. / The date is set in stone: Saturday 28 February.

The international star line up for the festival includes Ame (Innervisions), Heidi (Get Physical) and Will Saul (Simple Records). Expect deep, soulful house beats with a spash of detroit techno and a dash of minimal persuasion.

If the likes of Fredde Le Grand or David Guetta rocks your world then give GB a miss.

GB is an industry brand...for the people in the know, that KNOW good dance music.

Local line up includes is a driving force with the likes of Vinny Da Vinci, Black Coffee, Digital Rockit, Killer Robot, Strat3gy & Pressure, Mo Flava, Bantu Soul Singer, Marshall, Pierre, Leighton Moody and Peter A.

The fabulous Daddy Long Legs Boutique Hotel and self catering apartments on Cape Town's Long street have been booked out for all the visiting clubbers and everyone that stays with The Daddy will be included in the invite only launch event on the 25th of February.
