Don’t let the chilly weather put your social life at bay, ladies and gentlemen. Top-notch organisers Hercules Dynamix are putting the heat back into the colder season with the Winter Palace Party at the Centre for the Book in Queen Victoria Street on Saturday, 18 July 2015.
Known for bringing LGBTQIA parties to the fore, Hercules Dynamix are behind the popular summer dance event Summer’s Hosedown, the Behind Bars Fetish Parties and they now intend to transform the Centre for the Book into a wintry pink-friendly paradise.
“After showing Capetonians our style of performances and our style of music, we’ve set out to transform a space into a timeless wonderland for a one night only experience. Imagine entering a room and being transported into a winter palace, where live performances occur around you as decoration for a winter’s ball. The cocktails are flowing, the lighting and the sets are mesmerizing, and the sounds of the circuit are in your ear drawing you to the dance floor,” shared creative director HDX Eon van Zyl.
The line-up will feature local acts and plenty of thumping beats to get hip swaying to make it a memorable night out.
