Starters: Beef Carpaccio and fresh herb salad, served with capers, tzatziki and Pecorino shavings OR Smoked Salmon Salad served on a bed of fresh garden greens and topped with a dill sauce OR Crumbed Haloumi Cheese fried in olive oil and served with a side salad, tzatziki and lemon wedge

Mains: Traditional Greek styled roast lamb slow roasted with olive oil , lemon ,garlic, bay leaves, rosemary and wild oregano OR Roasted Duck served in a cointreau and orange sauce OR Roast Gammon served with an apple sauce OR Fresh Line Fish grilled in olive oil , lemon and wild oregano

Dessert: Fresh Fruit Salad OR Greek Baklava OR Malva Pudding served with cream or ice cream
