‘Someday, somewhere. We’ll find a new way of living.’ Barbra Streisand carved a new path for singer-songwriters with her emotional and intense ballads. Now, fans of the Funny Girl star can see her hits on stage when performer Cat Simoni brings The Way We Were! to the Rockwell Hotel on Sunday, 12 July 2015.
Barbra remains one of showbiz’s iconic performers and a master of all trades (she is an actress, producer, director, singer and songwriter all rolled into one).
Simoni will showcase her strong vocal pipes and audience members are invited to sing along to the most memorable songs ranging from timeless classics like ‘Somewhere’ to ‘Evergreen’and more. For those not in the know, Simoni has come back from entertaining audiences around the globe, dazzling crowds in five-star establishments such asThe Ritz, Carlton Hotel and the famed Dorchester Hotel to mention a few.
Do note there will be a cash bar and platter menus are available should you fancy some refreshments.
TICKETS TO THE 2015 BARBRA STREISAND TRIBUTE SHOW IN CAPE TOWN
Tickets are available online via Computicket.com, various Computicket outlets and from The Rockwell Hotel. Entry is R120p/p and the show starts at 6:30pm.
