2008 My Coke Fest Concert in Cape Town

Some of the best international and South African bands will be performing live in Cape Town


Following the tradition of 2005’s Coca-Cola Colab Massive Mix and last year’s mammoth My Coke Fest, Coca-Cola South Africa, in partnership with 5FM, has announced the coming of My Coke Fest in 2008!

in Cape Town will once again be featured at Kenilworth Racecourse in Cape Town on Monday, March 24.

The all-star, multi-award winning line-up for the 2008 My Coke Fest includes US Rock sensation Good Charlotte, Britain’s “Best Live Act” Kaiser Chiefs, Sound Garden and Audioslave front-man Chris Cornell, “Supermassive” Muse, and the multi-platinum, Grammy-winning KOЯN.

News just in - 5FM have announced that 30 Seconds to Mars will be rocking the My Coke Fest 2008 in Jo'burg and Cape Town alongside all the other amazing local and international bands.

To ensure that all concert goers have
the best time at the 2008 My Coke Fest Concert the following items have been prohibited:

  • Cameras
  • Cooler boxes
  • Bottles
  • Alcohol (this will be available for purchase in the stadiums)
  • Weapons
  • All recording equipment
