Citrus fennel cured salmon trout and smoked salmon trout served with Bea Tollman’s Cape seed loaf, pickled onion, marinated cucumber, horseradish cream, chive crème fraîche and caper berries

COLD MEAT

Traditional cold meat platter, smoked turkey, cured springbok, masala chicken lollipops served with pickles, mustards, coriander yogurt, smoked tomato relish, peach chutney and spiced aioli
