HAND CASTING EXPERIENCE

It’s the first ever hand casting experience in Cape Town, hosted every weekend at venues like Woodstock Brewery or Armchair Theatre. TEAM RETREAT IN THE WINELANDS

Bertha Retreat is a convening space on Boschendal wine farm.  It’s intended to be a transformative space, welcoming teams to strategize, energise and have fun. A SPECIAL DINNER SHOW

It’s the hottest (new) place for dinner and a show in Cape Town. South Pole Studios, a pole dance studio, and Italy at Your Door, a food delivery service, have paired up to create a 3-course Italian dinner and aerial arts performances. The dress code for the evening is cocktail or formal attire, so your team can get dressed up, relax, and watch acrobatic performances.

A FRIENDLY GAME OF BUBBLE SOCCER

Bubble Soccer is a new sport that takes the game to a whole new level. Your objective, together with your team, is to stay upright, knock your opponents off their feet and score goals. It’s a safe and exhilarating way to identify the leaders in your team, while promoting healthy competition. There’s many venues from Green Point Park to Fives Futball at Century City. Or you can bring the game to you.

FREE TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE

At Cape Town Free Walking Tours professional tour guides take groups of 20 to 30 people on a city walking tour, from a Bo-Kaap to Apartheid or Freedom Tour. It’s free to join. You don’t need to book ahead of time, but groups of 10+ must book a private tour. Each tour is an hour long, and it’s a great way for your team explore Cape Town.

OUTDOOR TEAM BUILDING UNDER AN HOUR

At Scootours Middelvlei Wine Estate you get to freewheel down a 850 metre trail and a bush tunnel on Monster Mountain Scooters. It’s an hour-long experience that pushes some people out of their comfort zone. While you’re there, your team could have a strategy session in a wine barn. Plus, you can eat a lekker boerebraai lunch or add archery to your team-building session.

ESCAPE GAME FOR SMALL TEAMS

This thrilling new escape game, called the “king of escape rooms”, feels like a superhero simulation. You and your team get to collaborate like the Avengers, and have 75 minutes to save Cape Town. Each team can be between four to six players. Your team can also split into groups of six and play all of the escape games. Need a team brainstorm or strategy session? This holistic retreat, two hours from Cape Town, is a great spot to improve team spirits, while working on future company goals. TOWNSHIP CYCLE TOUR

Explore one of the largest and most vibrant townships in Cape Town with your team. 18 Gangster Museum hosts a township cycle tour, showing some of Khayelitsha’s highlights and points of interest. It includes a guided tour of the 18 Gangster Museum, bicycle trip, a visit to a reformed gangsters’ house and lunch at local tshisanyama Rands.

GIN-MAKING & PIZZA PARTIES 

At this distillery, you don’t only taste award-winning gins, you get to distil, create and bottle your very own. While you wait for your gin to distil, you can order some wood-fired pizzas and hangout on the outside deck overlooking Table Mountain. CLAY-PIGEON SHOOTING ON A WINE ESTATE

Pros teach you how to shoot real bullets in a safe and controlled environment. Shooters can join with no prior experience as instructors will show you the ins and outs of shooting. It’s a live-action Cluedo dinner party where you and your team solve a murder mystery.
