Tired of seeing "Get that bikini body in 30 days" on your Instagram feed? Or feeling like you have to cover up at the beach? Unfold Women has the ultimate solution: rewire your brain to love yourself and the body you’ve been blessed with through a short workout, some yoga and discussions with like-minded women at AWAKE_activateflow on 8 February 2020.
WHO FITS THE BILL?
Want to live a healthier, happier life? Anyone looking to dive headfirst into the new decade with iron-like resolve is welcome to join this session in Sea Point. The only thing Unfold Women wants is for you to leave your excuses at the door and to feel empowered, motivated and renewed at the end of it all. Think fitness, wellness and women's empowerment rolled into one neat package and decorated with a glass of wine.
WHAT THE DAY WILL HOLD?
The event starts at 11am and runs until 3pm, including a 20-minute workout, followed by 20 minutes of yoga and stretching. Then it's time to talk with your fellow Unfolders over snacks, wine and other beverages. The day will close with an optional photoshoot (free of charge) but all guests are encouraged to participate. For further details, fill in the registration form.
PLUS THERE ARE GOODIES TO BE ENJOYED AT HOME
Tickets are R300 per person, and includes the workout and stretch session, snacks, photoshoot and a goodie bag with products from sponsors like Ambition Online Coaching, HOKO Active Wear, Carla West Fitness and Guiltless Protein Bakery. Join Unfold Women to make 2020 a year where you feel uplifted, body confident, and motivated to achieve your goals.
