Nothing says Sunday night like a meal and a movie, only this time it's way more atmospheric because The Galileo Open Air Cinema screens at the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, and there are food stalls, too, so supper is sorted.
Gather the gang and head to Kirstenbosch, in Newlands, to watch your favourite movie in the great outdoors. Featuring classics such as My Big Fat Greek Wedding and newer movies like Rocketman, The Galileo's line-up is extensive so you'll find something, whichever genre you prefer.

Arrive early so you can explore the various food and drink vendors that will be on site. You’ll find everything from juicy chicken shawarmas, cheesy pizza and, of course, popcorn and other snacks traditionally found at the movies. Also, you'll be able to buy alcoholic drinks.
