On Saturday, 19 August 2017, Sam Linsell will be at Ginger and Lime in Fresnaye teaching you how to get the most out of your home kitchen. Her workshop will take your culinary skills to a new level, after all, she is the author of a best selling cookery book!
Similar to Julia Child, Sam Linsell loves to cook with fresh ingredients and plenty of flavour. She’ll teach you some inside tips and tricks on flavour combinations and interesting techniques. Of course, her advice will be tried and tested so be sure to take in every word! Linsell left the corporate life to follow her dream of being a creative foodie. She now runs the successful food blog; Drizzle and Dip (which you should have a look at, the recipes on there are amazing). Drizzle and Dip was awarded the Top African Blog Award for 2016.

Ginger and Lime is an open kitchen that runs many interactive cooking workshops where talented culinary masters will take you through a menu and teach you how to recreate it at home. Their courses are usually themed by type of cuisine; French, Italian, Greek etc. Either way, you pick up a pot load of recipes and skills, and at the end of the day, you get to tuck into the delectable eats that were created in front of your very own eyes. There will also be copious amounts of wine, which certainly helps with the socialising aspect of the course!

BOOKINGS FOR THE 2017 IN THE KITCHEN WITH SAM LINSELL AT GINGER AND LIME
Bookings for the Sam Linsell workshop at Ginger and Lime can be made online via Gingerandlime.co.za. The cost of this experience is R650p/p and that price includes ingredients, tea, coffee, recipe cards, wine and gratuity.
