Lettuce
Fresh Basil
Cherry Tomato
Mushroom
Cucumber
Spring Onion
Avo
Peppadews
Chicken Breast Strips
Marinate the chicken breasts with spices in your cupboard like garam masla, peri-peri and tandoori, also try adding some fresh thyme leaves, roughly chopped onions and some fresh squeezed lemons, salt & pepper. Drizzle the breasts with some olive oil.
In a bowl add lettuce, basil leaves, sliced button mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Roughly chop the the Peppadews and add lastly with the chicken strips once it has cooled. Keep the avocado and the spring onion for garnish.
Once all the flavours are in drizzle lightly with some olive oil and toss the salad using your hands.
