It all vegan, or rather began at Nomad, in the heart of Stellenbosch’s vibrant inner core, catering for both herbivores and omnivores alike. Nomad prides itself on producing extravagant and daring combinations of ingredients that allow you to take a nomadic journey to a yummy dish! The executive chef, Marile van Niekerk has extensive experience, as she started her studies specialising in Viticulture and Vegetables.

We love Nomad’s creative vegan and vegetarian focus.

Tip: If you are not sure what to order, ask your waitron and they will help you make a good choice
