Paradise Coast Hotel, Beach & Eco Estate Mossel Bay

A new 5 star hotel development to be built near Mossel Bay

Paradise Coast Hotel is a
new 5-Star development overlooking the famous Dead Mans Cliff, situated on more than 1 km of seafront on the sunny Cape Garden Route.

The new Paradise Coast Hotel is only 7 minutes away from Mossel Bay and is found in a sandy cove, beach hidden from the elements, flanked by rugged cliffs, with the warm currents of the spectacular Indian Ocean making it perfect for swimming.

The hotel’s location right
on the beach will tickle the taste buds. This beach is virtually untouched and is surrounded by lush vegetation and offers the opportunity to watch whales and dolphins close by.

Paradise Coast’s development
will consist of 240 rooms or 80 villas, a conference centre and health spa, with direct access to the famous St Blaize walking trail.

A world class hotel, 813 villa
stands, and retail development opportunities are planned for the Paradise Coast Beach & Eco Estate.

The luxury Hotel and Estate Villas will all have beautiful sea views and will be open to investors to buy a house on this Garden Route residential estate.

This prime estate will showcase
the ultimate in Coastal Karoo architecture, and inspiration is drawn from Klein Karoo farmhouses with emphasis being placed on organic integration.

Style is always timeless.
Incorporating the vast outdoors, the style of Paradise Coast reflects an era of living large.

The style is environmentally
friendly, making use of natural stone, timber, textures and natural colours. Simplicity, put forward with spacious contemporary functionality, underlines the overall classic stature of this modern design.

Simple rectangular forms,
protected sunny courtyards and easy-living spaces create a cool atmosphere as designed by acclaimed architect Ferdinand Holm.

The erven, ranges from 800m² to 6000m² and are selling from between R450 000 and R3 million.

No two homes on this Garden Route Estate within a beautiful Fynbos environment will be the same, and owners will naturally be able to design and construct their dream home, making the most of the spectacular views of the ocean from every stand.

The residential estate development
combined with the eco focused luxury hotel in Mossel Bay will also enjoy a number of Game Reserves in its close proximity.

Getting to Paradise Coast will provide easy choice. Paradise Coast is about a 22 minutes drive from the George Airport, and the drive from Cape Town to Mossel Bay on the start of the Garden Route takes an easy 3,5 hours.

It is an excellent position
between Fan Court in George, Cape Town, the Game reserves in its close proximity, and Plettenberg Bay & Knysna further opening up the Garden Route.
