The winners of the 2011 Eat Out DStv Food Network Restaurant Awards and the prestigious Top 10 restaurants were announced at the annual awards ceremony held at the Rotunda at the Bay Hotel.
South African restaurants are judged on food, service and ambience and The Greenhouse was chosen as the ultimate dining experience and given the Restaurant of the Year award with The Roundhouse winning the Service Excellence Award.
The Test Kitchen’s Luke Dale-Roberts scooped the prized Chef of the Year award.
