The current PSL season sees both Cape Town soccer teams in the top of the South African Professional Soccer League, so it promises to be an excellent finish of the PSL this year!

Cape Town has two major soccer teams namely Ajax and Santos with many home-games happening at the Athlone Stadium in April and May.

The Ajax Cape Town football league soccer team is based in Cape Town’s Parow and plays its home fixtures at Athlone stadium.

The Ajax Cape Town soccer club was formed in 1999 through the formation of two Cape Town based teams namely the Seven Stars and the Cape Town Spurs

Next season Ajax Cape Town will hopefully be playing in their new soccer stadium in Philippi.
