Ignite your inner art lover as La Motte Museum honours the floral opulence of the La Motte Wine Estate with a brand-new art exhibition. From 1 February to 15 July 2018, La Motte Museum will be showcasing paintings and sculptures that draw inspiration from the Franschhoek wine estate’s diverse floral landscape.

Lavender fields that nod to Provence in France, indigenous fynbos adorning the Wemmershoek mountains, and a vibrant abundance of the Hanneli Rupert roses that welcome the estate’s visitors and decorate La Motte’s terrain, will all be represented in what promises to be a spectacular exhibition.

Look forward to paintings of the estate’s fynbos and flora by acclaimed artist Paula van Coller-Louw and a life-size, work-in-progress bronze sculpture by Toby Megaw, called The Blushing Bride, at the museum.
