Dancing, music, food, drinks – sound like your kind of night? That’s Good Night Fridays, which happens at the V&A Waterfront.
It’s a fun evening of entertainment, food design and art, and it’s happening Friday 30 August and Friday 27 September 2019, in zones including the Silo District, Pierhead, Alfred Mall and Nobel Square.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT GOOD NIGHT FRIDAY
There will be dancers, buskers, DJs, musicians, talks, food/drinks tastings and exhibitions set up between the shops and restaurants in the area. It’s all for freely accessible.
You can also meet some of South Africa’s brightest artists and designers, like Anthony Shapiro and Roger Bongolomba among others. Here’s a line up of activities:

5 pm: DJ Shuffles: Old school, hip-hop, RnB and house
6 pm: Emerger: Pop vocals and catchy beats
8pm: Goodluck: Afrobeat, Afro-house and tribal music
Pierhead
6pm: Skubalisto: Lumo paint graffiti interactive wall
7pm: Busker Zenn: Electro sounds and beats with a loop synthesised keyboard
Clocktower
5pm: Art@Clocktower gallery: art exhibition
6pm: Didi & Jules 5pm
Alfred Mall + Nobel Square
Salsa dancing
5pm: Byron Coe and Diloxclusiv: Deep-house, hip-hop, Gqom

ATTENDING GOOD NIGHT FRIDAYS
Good Night Fridays is staged at the V&A Waterfront every last Friday of the month. It will run until the end of September and is free for all ages.
