Become a gin mixologist at this Gin Making Experience on Friday nights

There’s almost no way that you can have a bad weekend when it starts with a gin making experience at the breathtaking 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa. Every Friday, from 9 February to 16 March, the hotel presents the Gin Making Experience.

Craft your own gin in their Gin Lab where you will be guided in this fine art by an expert mixologist who will take you through the world of all things gin and how the flavours work.

The event starts at 7pm but you’re invited to enjoy a G&T (of course!) before getting down to work mixing your own. The Gin Lab offers panoramic ocean and mountain views, and there will be live entertainment and a fully stocked bar to enjoy on these nights.

Tickets are available from www.12apostleshotel.com and costs R495/p. You get to take home the bottle of gin you make.

The gin making experience takes place every Friday from 9 February until 16 March 2018.
