When you enter Pier Place, you step into a space with warm earthy grey and charcoal walls, which creates a lovely, contained feeling. Although it’s spacious, the area is cleverly separated by dividers – like the demarcated lounge area, or the intimate booths separated with wooden latticework.

OUTSIDE ARE PERGOLAS, A BAR AND STAGE
The wow factor really happens when you step outside: the extended outdoor balcony has customised pergolas, seating platforms lit up with neon lights, a container bar, AstroTurf, greenery as well as a stage for live entertainment. 

At night, after sunset, it really comes into its own when the lights are used to full effect. Surrounded by the city’s tall, modern buildings, the space has a sense of urban buzz and energy.

The space is hired out exclusively, so whatever the weather, the event can be moved to the best possible space. Bedouin tents can also be hired for extra protection outside.

IT’S CENTRAL AND OFFERS A FULL SERVICE
Every occasion needs good planning, and Pier Place has the services to help you pull it off. The events team will plan the details, organise the catering and source suppliers. It has a large harvest table and a fully equipped kitchen with chefs to cater for events, and it can organise anything from servers to photographers and videographers.

For bigger parties, sound, lighting, music and entertainment can be organised from the best in the audiovisual business, the same team that sets up the sound for popular festivals such as Sexy Groovy Love. 

Another big bonus is the location. Parking for events in the city is always an issue, and Pier Place is close to the V&A Waterfront, Town Hall and the CTICC, and also in walking distance from main transport routes.
