Regal romance is the name of the game at the Lord Neethling this Valentine's Day in Cape Town
The five-roomed Lord Neethling restaurant is housed in an original 1814 Cape Dutch homestead, which has been declared a national monument, and makes an ideal venue for a romantic Valentine’s Day 2009 in Cape Town.
The restaurant serves continental and traditional Cape cuisine as well as light meals.
Seating is available on the verandah in front of the manor house or under the oak trees.
The restaurant menus cater for any request except strictly Kosher and Halaal meals. Copies of buffet and set menus as well as menus for cocktail parties and breakfasts are available.

Starter: Avocado Ritz OR Smoked Kudu with artichoke and melon OR Salmon and avocado parcel
Fruit Sorbet
Main: Fillet steak with mushroom sauce OR 12 Panfried prawns OR Herb and mustard crusted Rack of lamb OR Saltinbocca
Dessert: Baked Cheesecake with fresh berries and Zabayone sauce OR Glazed apple flan with chocolate and amarula parfait on a sweet wine and toasted almond sauce
