Have you got two 20 minute sessions to dedicate per day to meditation? No? Well it’s time you make time for the important things in life. That’s where the Art of Meditation (AOM) becomes so powerful: it provides one with effortless techniques to guide the conscious mind into a silent and lively state of awareness. The course will be happening from Monday, 18 May until Wednesday, 20 May 2015 at the Art of Living Centre in Milnerton.
According to AOM teachers, mastering the art of meditation will not only facilitate profound transformation and mindfulness, but will also bring about the kind of clarity that gives rise to better efficiency and productivity to enable you to accomplish more with less wasted effort.
Anyone can learn AOM providing that you have a good teacher to guide you. The AOM teachers have all been rigorously schooled by humanitarian leader, spiritual teacher and ambassador of peace Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to equip them to teach the AOM technique in a systematic and results-driven way – the same way the technique has been taught for centuries by Masters in India.
